The Slovenian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DESLO) was established in October 2006 and is part of a business network of more than 120 German international trade chambers, delegation bureaus and representations, which promote and strengthen bilateral economic relations in more than 80 countries. DESLO boasts a membership of more than 100 companies with more than €3.1 billion total turnover. Most are small and medium-sized companies, almost half of them are co-owned by Germans, while more than one third are owned by Germans exclusively. Many member companies operate in the car industry.
The car industry is very important to Wales - there is a need for a German-Welsh Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Of course the Irish are taking advantage in their own right.
The German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce was established in 1980 with the objective of fostering bi-lateral trade and investment between Ireland and Germany and now has a membership base of over 300 Irish and German companies spread across a broad range of sectors. The German-Irish Chamber of Industry and Commerce is the Irish link in the worldwide chain of 117 bi-national German Chambers of Commerce abroad and is affiliated to the network of Chambers of Commerce within Germany through the Association of German Chambers of Commerce (DIHK) with headquarters in Berlin.
If you like Polo then the British version maybe more for you.

We drive a SAAB in Wales. It is difficult if something goes wrong. I would buy any car abroad and insure it abroad still. I know that parts for Toyota and Ford have been manufactured in Wales.
I checked about WDA and learnt it does not exist any more. The Welsh Assembly government website is currently unavailable which is a great help.
DEinternational is the consultancy network of the German Chambers of Commerce abroad, a business-to-business organisation that was established to foster trade between the UK and Germany. I think the Germans would say Wales is already incorparated in this. Slovenia is a different matter.
Checked this: Ham Polo Club, Richmond, Surrey
The German School London, The British-German Association and Ham Polo Club cordially invite you to join them for the 3rd Annual Anglo-German Polo Trophy. Ah! Just as many businesses are completed by playing golf, there is also polo. Rugby in Wales for the future maybe.
Berlin is a great city for headquarters.
Photographer Mark Robert Davey from Wales has currently a photographic exhibition at Volkswagen Kassel Baunatal. He shows many images from Wales to VW customers!
