While the British Labour party in Wales cannot deliver on it's commitments for Wales to have clean hospitals, the REAL LABOUR PARTY, should it form a Government at the next election can. Just because the Irish have the power to make laws and policies that suit the needs of their own populations, rather than gambling on PFI schemes dreamed up by a leader of another country.
