The Finns opt for Wireless because they have control over their own frequencies and because they know it is the most competitive method of broadband delivery.
While in Wales its " lay more cable" because Wales does not have control over its own frequencies.
We need to get control over our own frequencies because otherwise our economic development can be stifled.

The Basques and the Catalans seem set on following Wales lead in soccer. We should follow theirs in controlling our own police force and tax collection.
Not the greatest day in the history of Welsh football. However that we as a nation compete by right in FIFA/UEFA competitions brings a lot of publicity to our country as all the games are covered in the foreign media, especially in those whose country is in the same group as Wales.
